Mr. Lehmkuhl is a 1990 graduate of Drake University Law School where he also earned a Master of Arts in Mass Communication. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987. He has since served in numerous roles in the telecommunications industry and supports the firm’s regulatory practice.
