Mr. Godles is a 1976 graduate of Cornell University and a 1979 graduate cum laude of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the law review.

After law school, Mr. Godles served as law clerk to a Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and then specialized in communications law at Covington & Burling before joining Goldberg, Godles, Wiener & Wright LLP. Mr. Godles is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
